Our process now includes a scheduled appointment to place your jacket order. This dedicated time will give our staff the appropriate time needed to asssit you in creating a jacket as unique as you are!

Also schedule appointments to Pick Up or Drop Off your jacket for add-on's. Although we prefer you to schedule an appointment, walk-ins are available for pick ups and drop offs.

Required Pre-Appointment 5-Steps to be Completed

  1. Review our "Standard Letter Jacket Package" which is due in full at order point.
  2. Print & Complete your school specific Decoration Packet. Don't worry if your school is not listed, we make custom jackets for all schools.
  3. View Jacket Gallery, select by school or by sport/activity. This will help give you ideas of what decoration you like (and don't like).
  4. Review our Guide to Back Designs flyer. We recommend emailing ( us your back design information prior to your appointment for review by our Design Team and to receive an estimated cost. 
  5. Complete Patch Layout Form. Patches can also be submitted at a later date. Your varsity letter is NOT required to order your jacket. We will process all parts of your jacket order and then sew on your letter once you receive it.
